About us
Kindy Beats was founded and created by sisters Lenae Razbusek and Lacey Kelly who both have a wealth of experience and knowledge in our targeted field. Our founders each have children of their own who are in the Early Education sector and have discovered the desire for extra-curricular programs that can provide an experience beyond Educators and Parents expectations. Lenae and Lacey have spent their entire lives dancing and have devoted themselves to passing on their passion to our younger generations through education, mentorship and professional guidance.
Lenae has a Bachelor of Dance education that was attained in 2010 from the Australian College of Physical Education and was a targeted graduate by the Department of Education. She has worked in a permanent role as a Dance and PDHPE teacher since 2011 where she has held the role of year advisor and was a young ambassador for teaching. She works in dance education at tertiary level and has run a successful dance studio in Western Sydney since 2012.
Lacey has dedicated her career to Education and Care and holds qualifications in the Early Education sector along with Disability services. Lacey has years of experience working alongside adults and children where the basis of her teaching has always stemmed back to physical activity and movement. In 2018 Lacey became a finalist for the NSW Government State Training Awards, as the only Trainee Finalist within the Early Education sector. She has developed dance and movement programs for Early Education Centre’s in Sydney and through her career as a professional dancer she has shared her knowledge and talents with children across NSW.
Kindy Beats believes in quality and professionalism. All of our highly experienced dance instructors hold relevant dance and teaching qualifications. All Kindy Beats instructors have a current Working With Children Check and first aid certificate.
Our instructors undergo specific training to ensure our program is delivered in a fun, engaging, all-inclusive and educational way and our program is continuously revised to ensure that our content is current, relevant and inline with our values.
Instructors are assigned to a centre where they will attend each week. Instructors will work towards building trusting relationships with each child through reassurance, promoting confidence and using clear and effective communication techniques. We aim to create a comforting, supportive and welcoming environment for each child to learn and SHINE and most importantly to look forward to each week!
